8 Days Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga

After your delicate breakfast, you will start exploring Marrakech, "the red city of Morocco". Your local guide will ensure that you visit the most important places of cultural and historical interest, including the Saadian Tombs, the El Badi Palace, and the Ben Youssef Koranic School. Lunch is in a restaurant near the Jamma Lfna square, then in the afternoon, you can visit the "Majorelle gardens" and the Koutoubia tower. Overnight at our hotel/riad.

We'll start our trip from your hotel & riad in Marrakech, and drive you to Ouarzazate through the dramatic Tizi n'Tichka, the loftiest major mountain pass in Africa( 2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains, appreciating the beauty of the geography through Berber villages. Arriving at the notorious Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest one in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 where; we will have lunch before we continue to Dades Gorge via Ouarzazate, “ the Hollywood of Africa ” and along the( Road of the thousand Kasbahs), passing by Kalaat Mgouna, “ the rose’s valley ” known for the product of rose water roses and its periodic jubilee( May), before arriving at Dades Gorge. Overnight at Hotel/ Riad.

 Sahara Desert. After morning breakfast, we’ll drive through the valley to see the fantastic rock formations and take a break in one of the nice spots of the gorge. Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinghir and the Todra valley, we will see the panoramic views of the old Berber townlets with their palm groves overlooking the valley. Arriving at the Todgha Gorge, you’ll walk under a high red precipice raised to 300m) at its narrowest point. Continuing to Erfoud and Rissani, lunch will be on the way afterward, and we’ll leave for the Sahara Desert of Merzouga on our arrival. You'll be treated to a hot mug of mint tea, and you'll also be prepared for your camel tour. After a traditional regale under the stars, overnight in the Kasbah hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive you deep into the Sahara Desert region. We'll make a trip around the desert dunes, where you'll have the chance to see the nomads’ way of life and the amazing changing contrasts of the desert. We'll visit the ‘ black townlet ’ of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians. We'll have a classic Berber Pizza for lunch in the old capital of Rissani. After lunch, you can visit the traditional sites. After that, we will return to the Hotel to be ready for departure on the camels. As the evening over the desert dunes will ride the camels for 90 minutes to the desert camp. We'll have a traditional Moroccan food regale and succulent mint tea while watching the stars and the rising moon in the amazing desert. We'll spend the night in a traditional nomad tent.

Wake up early morning to watch the beautiful sunrise, we ride the camels back to the Hotel, and after taking a shower and a conventional breakfast, we’ll start our Sahara tour back to Fes. through the spectacular decor of the ravines and gaps. In the Ziz valley, which punctuates the geography with its brilliant green palms and ancient Kasbahs, and passing by the most extensive cedar timber in Morocc,o where you will have a break to meet some wild monkeys continuing via Ifrane( Switzerland of morocco), stopping for a picture or coffee before arriving in the afternoon to Fes where we’ll spend the night.

We’ll start the day exploring the oldest city in Morocco, snaking through its alleys and narrow streets. Fes consists of three different parts. Fes el Bali (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is the oldest of the three with more than 9000 narrow streets and alleys fortified by a large wall, Fes-Jdid, “new Fez” (home of the Jewish quarter), and the “Ville Nouvelle”, the newest sector of Fez constructed during the French occupation. Afterward, on the day, we’ll drive you to the blue city of Chefchaounen. As well as we will also visit the Tanneries, the Attarine museum, and the Moulay Idriss mausoleum. Behind lunch in Fes, you’ll visit many different cooperatives and then experience a fantastic panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes before going to Chefchaouen. We will drive you to the north of Morocco to explore an extremely different culture and lifestyle. One of the stunning villages at the feet of the Rif mountains, Chechaouen known as the Blue City, where we’ll spend the night.

Your next stop will be Rabat after breakfast. Following your stay, we will go to Rabat, the Moroccan capital. When you get there, you can visit. The medina, home to the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, will be a part of Rabat. You will also go to Chellah, a community that was developed around the local freshwater springs. As Rabat migrated to the north, these then developed into the Phoenician, then the Roman city of Sale, before falling into ruins. The Chellah is best known as a necropolis since this is where the sultans of the Merenid dynasty chose to bury their dead. Roman Sala's remains are visible, but it is the funerary complex's minarets, which are crowned with stork nests, that provide the picturesque background to your visit here. After the visit to Rabat, we will drive you to Casablanca, where we’ll spend the night

After breakfast, you'll see Casablanca, the country's commercial hub, and see the stunning Hassan II Mosque, which was inaugurated in 1993. It is one of the few places of prayer accessible to non-Muslims along the lovely Corniche seaside and has a capacity for 25,000 people. Breathe deeply and savor the tranquility of the Atlantic Ocean for a moment. After your tour of Casablanca, we will take you to Marrakech airport for your flight back home, marking the end of our service.
